DI runner, 2:47 marathoner & expert training procrastinator.
It was at the half marathon mark I knew I was in trouble. I ripped off the pace band for my target and buckled in for what would be a painful 13.1 miles. I hadn't put in the work and I knew it.
I vowed next time would be different and I'd be prepared. With half a year left before my next marathon and my mileage at zero, I created a training plan using AI. That was exactly what I needed to remember my love for running.
Running has played a huge part of my life. In high school I was a state champion, and I went on to run at a Division I college. My passion for running even led to a job throughout college and after I graduated working for the a leading track & field website.
As someone who has gotten so much out of running, I wanted to create a tool anyone could use to help get them to the starting line with a chance to hit their goals.
